1. About Savelo LLC

Savelo LLC is a California limited liability company. Lumaform is our nutrition coaching app for iOS. These Terms apply to our website at savelohq.com and the Lumaform app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Use of Our Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our services without our written permission
• Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating these Terms.

4. Lumaform and Health Information

Lumaform provides AI-generated nutrition coaching and guidance. This content is for informational and wellness purposes only. Lumaform is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should not rely on Lumaform as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under medical supervision.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to Lumaform. The quality of AI-generated recommendations depends on the information you share with us.

5. Your Account

When you create an account with Savelo or Lumaform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hi@savelohq.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or accumulating benefits.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the Savelo and Lumaform names and marks — are owned by Savelo LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services (such as your food logs or personal goals). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as AI providers, analytics tools, or payment processors. These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

8. Fees and Payments

Some features of Lumaform may be offered as paid subscriptions. If you choose to purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not process or control refunds for App Store purchases — those requests must go through Apple directly.

9. No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savelo LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content within Lumaform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Savelo LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our services.

In no event shall Savelo LLC's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Savelo LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savelo LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. You can delete your Lumaform account through the app settings or by emailing us at hi@savelohq.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at hi@savelohq.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We'd genuinely prefer to work things out directly.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email or posting a notice in the app. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
